My Handbag Essentials!
I’ve never been a ‘Handbag Girl’ as I always had a little side bag or I simply just carried my purse, keys and phone. Although after receiving a gorgeous handbag from ZARA for my birthday last year which sat in my cupboard collecting dust, I decided it was time to whip it out and start using it. I quickly discovered that with a larger handbag becomes a larger mess. My bag literally had the entire world in it and half the stuff that ended up in it I’m not actually sure how it got there. I had 4 lip balms, about 1000 bobby pins and that many tissues, wrappers and receipts in their that I lost count! I decided it was time to clear out my handbag and only have the essentials in there. That way I could actually find my keys in my bag and it not weigh a tonne!
Here are my essentials!
Mimco Pouch – I use this as a purse. Terrible idea as I can never find anything in it!
Tissues – You never know when you’ll have a sneezing fit or need to wipe of swatches!
Mints – Got to hide that coffee breath
Pen – Can’t write in my diary without a pen
Clearwipes – These are amazing at cleaning any glasses. They are left crystal clear!
Lipstick – I always chuck in the lippie I’m wearing that day. Koko K is my go to lately.
Painkillers – Just incase I get a headache or cramps
Hair Ties and Bobby Pins – Tame those flyaways!
Lip Balm – Especially during Winter, my lips are sooo dry. I love Paw Paw the best!
Hand Sanitizer – I’m a bit of a germ-a-phobe, so I always have this. Don’t judge me!
Kikki-K Diary – I’m a very organized person. Without a diary, I would not function. I LOVE Kikki-K diaries!
Eye Drops – For days when I wear my contacts
Lastly, girl products - You never know when Aunt Flow is coming to visit….
When I look at this list it seems like I have so many items in my bag although it’s not that much when I look in my bag. Having these essentials has been a life saver every since I finally cleaned out my bag.
