I try and switch up the products I use each month as not only do I enjoy trying out new brands and products, but I also need to use up everything that I keep buying and not using. Oops!
Here are the products I've been loving and using daily during May.
Hair & Me Intense Repair Mask
I have been loving and use this mask every second - third wash. I have a full review on this product a few posts back!
Essence Soo Glow! Highlighter
For a cream highlighter that costs $4.25, it has amazing pigmentation and staying power. This product has a gorgeous glow with a pink tone to it and is a great subtle addition to the cheeks for everyday wear.
Max Factor Blush
I have been OBSESSED with this blush for months now! It is a perfect dupe for the Hourglass blush range. The blush pictured, adds a natural pink flush to the cheeks with a beautiful sheen to it to avoid the flat matte look. It applies beautifully over any base and can be built up and opaque as you desire! LOVE!
Zara Fruity Perfume
This perfume has the perfect fruity scent to it that I absolutely love! This is the second bottle I've bought. I have even got Mum addicted to it. It's amazing!
FOA Translucent Powder
Thank you Lauren Curtis! For years I have watched YouTube beauty Guru Lauren Curtis rave about how fantastic and amazing this product is, but I never thought to purchase it. After my 'incident' with my last loose translucent powder (which I have a blog post about) I decided it was time for a new one. I am SO glad I decided to purchase this. It leave my skin looking flawless, sets my under eyes seamlessly and avoids creasing, oh and it keeps my oil at bay. Perfect!
Essence Make Me Brow - Dark
I wasn't expecting much from this product when I purchased it, and bought it simply as a brow gel. I actually prefer this product more than Benefit Gimme Brow as it's not as wet and doesn't leave my brows looking wet once set. The pigmentation is much better and the fibres make my brows look thicker! I love using this to quickly spruce up my brows for work or running errands.
Too Faced Born This Way Foundation - Pearl
I think we all know how amazing this foundation is. It doesn't make me as oily as other foundations and leave my skin FLAWLESS! I love that I can sheer this foundation down for a light coverage or I can build this up to be full coverage perfect for a night out!
Max Factor Masterpiece Transform Mascara
Loving how this mascara separates the lashes and adds lots of volume. It keeps my lashes looking natural whilst keeping them curled and separated all day long! Mines unfortunately almost dried out, so I'm going to need a replacement.
Mac Prep and Prime
Mum had this little gem hidden in her makeup bag not being used. So glad she passed it on! This product is in the orange shade which is perfect at helping conceal my dark under eye circles. It's not too heavy to cause creasing and doesn't mix with the concealer when applying it over the top. A little pricey but worth the splurge.
Nivea For Men Aftershave Balm
I have been using this prodcut almost everyday this month and have been loving it. I have a full review posted a few posts back!
Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer - Light
This concealer is great at brightening my under eyes whilst covering those horrible dark circles. Great thing about this concealer is that it doesn't dry our or cause excess creasing. This is my third tube too!
Beauty Blender
Need I say more! I never thought this product would be as amazing as it is. I love how it applies cream products flawlessly and seamlessly without creating brush strokes or thinning out the products.
Simple Micellar Water
This is great and amazing at completely taking off any make up thats applied whether it's waterproof, mascara or eyelash glue. It completely takes it all without scrubbing or drying my skin out. I love anything that simple come out with!
Dermae Purifying Charcoal 3 In 1 Face Mask
I LOVE this mask! Perfect for drawing out imperfections and clearing the complextion. I have a review written about this product in my May Bellabox post!
